At CMU, we strive to focus on a values based recruitment style. What does this mean? Essentially, we want women going through recruitment to join a chapter for the right reasons. Vice versa, we want the sororities to extend a bid for the right reasons as well. If you are considering joining Greek life, remember that you are joining people. Join based on the conversations you have. Join a sisterhood with values similar to yours. Join a strong group of women that you envision would help you become the best version of yourself.
